What do you look for in a game?

Post by Admin Etah on Wed May 13, 2009 6:44 am

Basically what the title says. Do you like games to be really complicated? (Ex. Halo, COD, etc.) Or do you like games really simple- (Ex. PacMan, Cell Warfare, etc.)? Do you like shooter games, TD games, or games where you really just have to use your head? Just tell us what kind of games you prefer.

I like games with a sense of humor, (but don't over do it), I prefer nice physics engines (i.e. Source) and a good plot line. 3D makes a game much better, although some 2D games are fun. (i.e. Chrono Trigger)
I will think of more later, but that's it for now!

I like platform games, (HATE mario clones though). I personally don't like games where you have to upgrade your stats and it takes forever, and I like TD games. Really though, it must have decent graphics, and MUST be unique. Some of my favorite games are Spewer, pr2, combat arms, and Desktop TD. P.S.: Level editors are cool too! P.S.S.: I don't like point+click puzzle games that much, but they can be fun if there are done well. (Riley's out again)
